From the very first game of GRIDIRON AMERICA's history, there's been a championship title at stake: the GRIDIRON AMERICA Challenge Championship.
The GRIDIRON AMERICA Challenge Championship essentially is intended to recognize "the team that beat the team," dating back to the beginning of each of our leagues. Once won, the title is then defended or lost in its next ensuing game. Contested throughout each regular season, postseason, and even potentially in special, "Mandatory Challenge Games," the GRIDIRON AMERICA Challenge Championship provides an additional, fun, competitive aspect to play - giving a team whose season may not be faring well a "shot at the title," the de facto GRIDIRON AMERICA lineal championship.
